Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or we sent an incorrect item, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange the appropriate return and refund resolution. The ordinary unused-condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
Return Shipping and Fees
We cover return shipping when the return is due to our error, a damaged item or a defect. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. No restocking fee applies.
Refunds
After approval, the refund will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 days. The time for the credit to appear may depend on your payment provider. Contact us if you need help checking a refund.
