Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii. U.S. overseas territories and APO/FPO military addresses are outside our delivery area. Please provide a physical street address within our delivery area.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free for all orders within our delivery area. No expedited method is offered.
Handling Time
Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our order cutoff is 7:00 PM at a fixed GMT−06:00 (Central Standard Time), year-round. Orders placed before this cutoff on a business day enter handling that day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays enter handling on the next business day.
Transit and Estimated Delivery
After dispatch, standard transit is estimated at 3–4 business days. Combined handling and transit are estimated at 4–6 business days from the applicable handling start. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Transit begins after dispatch; weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
